With your mobile number (we text you a code) or your Google account. Your account is created the first time you sign in. If you use Google, we ask you to verify a mobile number once, and your free credits arrive when you do. You can link both on the Account page and sign in with either.

You buy a credit pack once and spend credits as you go. A photo costs 1 credit. No subscription, nothing renews, and prices include taxes. See pricing.

Yes. New accounts get 3 credits free, enough for 3 photos, no card needed.

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.

No. Every photo includes 2 free redos in other styles, and if a photo fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.

Yes, any time, for credits you bought and haven't used. We refund what you paid for those credits, minus the payment gateway's processing charges. Email support@shinesnap.example with your payment ID. See the refund policy.

UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, in Indian rupees. Payments go through Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details.

Yes. Everything you create is yours to use in listings, ads, websites and social media.

We keep your product as it is and only change what's around it. AI can occasionally get small details wrong, so check before you publish, and use a free redo if anything looks off.

One tap exports for Instagram, WhatsApp, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Etsy and Shopify, plus the full-size original, as JPG or PNG. Products are never cropped to fit a size. The White studio style with the Amazon or Flipkart export meets their main image rules.

Only you. Your photos are private, we don't sell your data, and we never use them to train AI.

As long as your account exists. You can delete single images, or your whole account, any time, and deletion completes within 30 days.

Yes, any time from the Account page. Your photos, results and details are deleted within 30 days. Ask for a refund of unused credits first, as remaining credits are lost.

Photos you don't have the rights to, counterfeit or unauthorised brands, and anything sexual, violent, hateful or illegal. See our terms.
